How We Work

Our services are at no cost to the client they include due diligence in to the land, land appraisal, no obligation land assessments, full detailed planning applications including all relevant documentation and drawings, all costs covered by Land Profits. Plus we now offer cover of all legal costs of up to £1200 + VAT.

Submit planning application within 12 weeks of signing of the option agreement.
